THE PRACTICE OF STANDING ON NAILS
The practice of standing on nails is a wellness process that simultaneously triggers physical and energy processes.

During the procedure, physical and energy processes occur simultaneously:
- acceleration of metabolism
- blood-pressure adjustment
- microshock state from new sensations triggers the production of hormones
- energy balance is restored, fiery cheerfulness spreads through the body
Strong tension is replaced by deep relaxation and a state of rest as a result. The process started during practice proceeding for several more days.

Three valuable levels are being worked out on nails:

The first is the level of the physical body:
Massage of the points on the feet affects the body, including cleansing of the nervous system. In the first minutes, the body is covered with heat, which later passes.

The second is the mental level
In the process we learn not to react to the impulsive commands of the brain – get off the board, stop practicing. Through focusing on the process consciousness relaxes and the skill of attention management appears in new conditions.

The third is the level of intention

We sincerely wish you to drop the accumulated negative load. Therefore you should seriously prepare for the retreat.

Establish yourself in the desire to change your condition
To postpone the excess – in life, work, training. Do not go through another «very necessary» training before the retreat.
Spend at least a week before the trip in a calm environment, without information noise and intrusive people. You don't need someone else's extra problems.

WILL A RETREAT SUIT ME IF I HAVEN'T PRACTICED ANYTHING BEFORE?
Past experience in the practice of yoga and mental exercises is not important.
The retreat is attended by both beginners and «guests» who understand the importance of unloading. During the course we ask the «elders» to put aside their skills and perceive techniques from scratch, so as not to interfere with the training of beginners.
I NEED TO BE IN TOUCH. CAN I KEEP MY PHONE?
The main factor of success at the retreat is a complete change of habits. There is a silence mode during the course. Access to laptops and phones is restricted for 7 days to prevent the «absorption» of unnecessary information. Mental activity is cleared of an infinite number of tasks.
By practicing this approach, participants focus on the internal state and achieve results.

Take care of the questions that may disturb you during the retreat.
Warn your colleagues, acquaintances, and family that you will completely disappear from the radar for 7 days. Make a post in the social network, set the status in messengers about unavailability for a week and you will not be bothered with trivial matters.
I HAVE INJURIES, MEDICAL LIMITATIONS. I USE THE SPECIAL DIET ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS.
While filling out the questionnaire for the retreat, specify personal restrictions – the presence of injuries, diet, medical indications and health status. Organizers and instructors will be warned and create the necessary conditions.
WHY DO WE NEED RESTRICTIONS BEFORE A RETREAT?
You should be focused on your personal inner state. This is impossible if you watch movies, read books, meet friends, overeat and have an intimate life. The causative agents of intellectual activity (even flipping through the social media feed.networks and news viewing) must be removed.
